It ensures that cross‑functional initiatives are properly coordinated, tracked, and executed, enabling smoother collaboration and faster decision‑making across the organization.
Responsibilities and Objectives
Coordinate cross‑functional workflows related to product and service initiatives, ensuring all departments are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Track and follow up on action items from cross‑departmental meetings, ensuring accountability and timely completion.
