Overall Job Function

Perform Project Management during the development of aeronautical products from concept up to production handover according to the company’s Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes and methods.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, execute and control project tasks allocated to various disciplines to ensure delivery within the allocated timeline and processes to ensure quality and cost effectiveness

Develop the overall budget including staffing requirements Ensure that each programme meets the stated objectives Agree priorities with the Managers of other Departments and Engineering Director Monitor, control and manage tasks to ensure adherence to the LCM process Identify and communicate project critical paths and major risks (KPI) Address project challenges and resolve project conflicts Gather and analyse information to identify opportunities for improvements Manage communication channels Reports the progress of the projects as required Cooperate and reach con...
