PMP Certified
- Strong hands-on implementation experience (mandatory)
- Proven delivery of client-facing end to end financial software implementations
- End-to-end ownership (planning, execution, governance, client management)
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in delivery roles
- Ability to operate as a lead PM with full accountability , not in a support capacity
- Agile process experience
Domain experience
- Capital Markets preferred , or at a minimum:
- Financial Services / Banking / Risk / Treasury implementations
