Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal and external colleagues and subcontractors, consult, facilitate discussions, and build strong relationships;
- Establish a high level of trust with the assigned Account Manager and act as the main liaison between operations and the manager;
- Oversee project progress from post-sale through to delivery, including coordination with pre-production, production, transport, and installation teams, right through to preparing billing documentation;
- Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables;
- Manage project budgets;
- Track project costs to remain within budget and ensure timely and accurate invoicing of completed projects;
