IMAPAC is looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager – Conferences, Events & Exhibitions to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our conference projects.
This role will be the central coordination point across multiple departments, including Sales, Conference Production, Marketing, Delegate Sales, Event Operations, Finance, and Management. The Project Manager will ensure that all conference projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, trackers, and action plans for assigned conferences.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Marketing, Event Operations, Finance, and other teams.
- Ensure all departments are clear on deadlines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
