Project Manager- Construction

Hire Resolve's client, an independent logistics company is searching for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Dubai, must be a South African citizen.

• Understand client requirements and perform quantity take-offs based on marking and RCP drawings.
• Prepare BOQ by analyzing specification sheets and identifying discrepancies between BOQ, drawings, and contract conditions.
• Monitor and control costs throughout the project, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Participate in pre-tender activities with clients, architects, and project managers, raising relevant pre-bid queries.
• Prepare initial quotes and contracts in coordination with the sales team.
• Collaborate with the design team to analyze architectural and service drawings.
