Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
  • Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet timelines and deliverables
• Budget & Cost Management
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
  • Track expenses and implement cost-control measures
  • Review and approve invoices, change orders, and subcontractor payments
