Project Manager - CRM

We are looking for

an experienced Project Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics expertise to lead the implementation of WVNZ’s new enterprise CRM platform. This role will take ownership of a critical programme already underway, moving from vendor selection and solution design through to full implementation, data migration, and transition from legacy systems to a modern cloud-based environment.

This is a -month fixed-term opportunity to deliver a high-impact, organisation-wide change that will strengthen how we engage with supporters and deliver our mission.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the CRM project end-to-end through planning, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live.

Establish and manage strong project controls across scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change.

Drive delivery governance and provide clear reporting, decision support, and escalation to senior leaders and the Board.
