Description
The Project Manager leads cross-functional capital and process improvement initiatives at the Rutherglen site, supporting safe, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing operations.
Lead capital, process improvement, and new product improvement projects from initiation through close-out.

Research and define capital projects to sustain, modernize, and improve plant operations.

Develop detailed cost estimates to support annual and long-range capital budgeting.

Supervise capital project execution ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Manage RFQs, vendor selection, contractor coordination, commissioning, and start-ups.

Ensure all contractors comply with CFP’s Contractor Safety Program and site safety rules.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations.
