Lead engineering and product development projects, from concept to production. Will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage global and local projects, and ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Your tasks
Plan and execute projects for new accounts, product development, and cost optimization.

Monitor and manage Custom Fabrication and New Product Development (NPD) projects.

Provide product design solutions and oversee the process from concept to production.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation: BOM, SOPs, user manuals, and costing.

Support Sales, Production, and Quality Control teams with technical guidance.
