Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Project Management and/or Engineering Management roles.
- Strong EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) background.
- Proven experience managing large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel between sites (Irene, Centurion, Sandton).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple project streams simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project governance, engineering standards, and delivery frameworks.
