Project Manager for Critical Infrastructure (Data Center) – Santiago Metropolitan Area, Chile (On‑site). Responsibilities Act as the Project Manager and Single Point of Contact with Owners and contractors. Lead the project team (construction managers, inspectors, procurement team, project control, QA/QC, HSE, HR, engineering, commissioning) as the Owner’s Representative. Assist the Owner on contractual matters, schedules, and milestones. Communicate and anticipate potential risks in the project plan. Support procurement strategies, including scope of work definition and division of responsibilities between contractors. Manage and resolve issues during the project, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors. Promote and lead project and construction follow‑up meetings with contractors and Owner.
