Summarize / Overview of the objective of the role

This role will require an experienced Project Manager to lead a one-year HR system migration project, transitioning from our current HR system to a new platform. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, data migration oversight, testing, change management, and go-live support.

The Project Manager will work closely with HR, IT, Finance, external vendors, and key business stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to business operations.
