Project manage various sized projects simultaneously. Manage projects from planning through to post implementation handover scoping, project objectives, resource planning, resource management and deliverables execution etc. Complete business analysis on large projects. Develop change and communication programmes. Work with third party vendors to source solutions and implement appropriate support contracts. Produce and manage all project documents project plans, resource requirements, budgets, communications plans, risk registers, etc. Effectively manage all key internal and external stakeholders.
