Project manager (hvac) - (permanent)

Project Leadership Manage the end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects (focus on VRV, VRF, and DX). Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines and deliverables. Coordinate resources, materials, subcontractors, and site activities. Commercial & Financial Prepare and track project budgets and cost reports. Assist with pricing variations, managing claims, and identifying commercial risks. Work with the Head of Projects to ensure project profitability is maintained. Technical Supervision Interpret HVAC designs, drawings, and specifications accurately. Conduct site inspections to ensure installations meet technical and quality standards. Liaise with consultants and clients for approvals, inspections, and commissioning. Project Reporting Provide regular updates on progress, cost, and risk.
