 What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of AI/technology projects — from planning and kick-off through to delivery and post-go-live monitoring  
• Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, working alongside Development, Architecture, and Support teams  
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets across concurrent workstreams  
• Drive stakeholder communication — internal and external — with clarity and executive presence • Track KPIs and success metrics to ensure delivered solutions create measurable business value  
• Stay ahead of AI/ML trends in the telecommunications sector and bring insights to the team
