Responsible for all the execution of contracts progress - To design mechanical & electrical system - Monitor site progress as well as liaises with Clients, Consultants, main contractor, Subcontractors & authorities to ensure efficient and timely delivery assignment - Report the site progress & site issue to Project Director / Project General Manager / Senior Project Manager - To attend meetings & daily briefing at site - To guide & supervise Engineers / Assistant Engineers / Supervisors - To check drawings & prepare relevant schedule - To prepare check sub-contractor's progress claim and prepare quotation - To monitor & supervise work progression, Quality Control & ensure that safety regulation is observed. - To perform testing and commissioning at work site - Maintain proper record for M&E issue - To involve in Tender
