  Functieomschrijving 
 As a Project Manager NPI (New Product Introduction) at, you will spearhead the transition of new products from development to volume release. You will take full accountability for the technical, financial, logistical, and quality (QLTC) aspects of projects. Leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers—including factory engineers, manufacturing engineers, supply chain engineers, and quality engineers—you will ensure project objectives are met.
 Ensure product manufacturability and process/product quality are secured.
 Propose product improvement suggestions to enhance performance and efficiency.
 Establish and uphold the production process according to predefined targets in quality, logistics, technology, and cost.
 Optimize and secure the supply chain.
