Project Manager – Oil & Gas EPC

This position requires bilingual fluency in both English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze capacity and operational time utilization of SAGD and CPF facilities and equipment to identify technical opportunities for production optimization.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase throughput while minimizing capital investment.
• Lead technical assessments and studies related to de-bottlenecking initiatives.
• Develop de-bottlenecking execution strategies and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Lead end-to-end execution of de-bottlenecking projects through to production start-up, ensuring appropriate controls are in place to maintain scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and prepare comparative performance reports against original targets and assumptions.
