About the role

As an Omnichannel Program Excellence Manager within our Bogota Hub, you will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of omnichannel programs and tactics and act as a central point of coordination, ensuring flawless day‑to‑day project management, execution tracking, and stakeholder alignment across multiple channels and initiatives.

• Project Management & Execution

  Lead the day‑to‑day management of omnichannel initiatives, campaigns, and tactics across multiple therapeutic areas and markets. Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure programs are executed seamlessly. Act as the single point of accountability for project status, escalation, and risk management.
