Adecco is assisting a client in **Parsippany, NJ** in their search for a **Project Manager.** This role supports the regional downstream documentation process for assigned brands, ensuring accuracy, adherence to timelines, and alignment with priorities to deliver the right product on time. The Project Manager manages documentation activities end to end, proactively tracks projects, flags risks, and partners closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
**Schedule:**
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Parsippany, NJ and 2 days work from home
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Partner with Marketing teams to collect information on portfolios, upcoming activities, and project timelines.
+ Create and maintain product codes (including SKU lists), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
+ Lead Unicode creation in coordination with Marketing, validating all required parameters.
