**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning**: Develop project Gantt plans, including timelines, budgets, resources and risk management, factoring in both technical and business objectives.
- **Execution & Delivery**: Oversee project execution, monitor progress on a daily basis, and lead status calls to ensure deadlines are met.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the primary point of coordination between stakeholders, development team members, 3rd parties and leadership, providing regular updates on project status.
- **Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes, both from a technical and resource perspective.
- Proactively develop contingency plans for technical delays or resource constraints.
- **Performance Reporting**: Use project management tools to monitor performance metrics and provide detailed post-project evaluations.
