Project Manager - Randstad

Location: Melbourne
Salary: $180,000 to $220,000

A national Commercial builder, with a strong presence across the Eastern states, known for their large scaled builds and their family feel environment. This business builds projects between $5m to 20m.

The Job:

As the Project Manager, you will be required to manage the company's first New Build circa $10m and then eventually Commercial fit outs across Melbourne constructing D&C projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Pre-Construction:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverable in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage the master project schedule and budget.

  • Oversee the bidding process and manage contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Secure necessary permits, resources, and materials for project commencement.
