About the Role 
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager  to lead the delivery coordination, governance, and commercial oversight of a complex Salesforce transformation programme spanning Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)  workstreams. 
The ideal candidate will drive sprint cadence, RAID management, stakeholder communication, SOW governance, and commercial burn tracking , while ensuring alignment across technical, business, QA, release, and architecture teams. 
This role requires strong expertise in enterprise programme delivery, Agile governance, cross-functional coordination, and multi-workstream execution , with the ability to manage both core implementation activities and downstream release coordination across global teams.
