Job Description
Manage the end to end delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation projects within social housing
Lead operational teams, commercial staff and sub contractors
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
Monitor project performance, reporting on progress, risks, and commercial outcomes
Drive compliance with PAS 2035, Building Regulations, and all relevant legislation
