PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities: Lead and work closely with project and other teams to monitor and evaluate all projects ensure that all works in progress are in-line with the proposed work schedules and budget. Liaising with the Main Contractor, Architects, Consultants, relevant authorities and Sub-Contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects Work with internal departments to prepare, review and submit all detailed programmers, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans etc. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Address issues proactively to minimize disruptions, delays and potential. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
