PROJECT MANAGER (St. Jacobs)

Zehr Construction, the construction division of Zehr Group, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. ICI experience is an asset. In your capacity as Project Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with Project Consultants and Site Supervisors in planning, budgeting, allocating resources, and providing timely completion of the project. They also ensure that the project is completed within the set budget and is within the scope. Additionally, they ensure the project delivers the expected results and benefits.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• The management of major construction and renovation projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to established standards.
• Responsible for all aspects of leading the project from start to finish. Overseeing and administering the concept, design, and assistance during the tender phase, as well as construction and commissioning phases.
