JobOverview: Responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution,control and completion of
structured cabling
projects. Additionally, ensure projects achieve time, scope,budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. Oversee projects from start to finish. Responsibilities: Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively Maintain and develop strong relationship with customers with direct interaction with focus on improving customers' perception of service, quality, on time delivery, responsiveness, and problem solving.
