We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in MSP, software house, or vendor environments, and external customer projects. This role involves managing software delivery and infrastructure projects, utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on governance, policies, and procedures.  
 Manage external customer-driven projects, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget. Work closely with the Head of PMO and Pre-Sales teams. Apply world-class project management skills including planning, monitoring, control, reporting, and communication. Retain ownership of risks and issues, conduct project review meetings, and implement change control as needed.
