KeyResponsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of commercialbuilding, facade installation and building maintenance projects from awardstage, construction execution, handover to the full defects liability period. Develop overall project programme, baselineschedule and resource deployment blueprint to ensure projects are completed onschedule, within contract scope and approved budget. Conduct regular site inspections and progresscoordination meetings to resolve on-site technical obstacles, structural issuesand installation schedule delays in a timely manner. Be fully accountable for project P&L (profitand lost) performance, track actual cost consumption, review procurementvariations and control project cash flow comprehensively.
