- Works directly with CWC Executive Management team, Operations Manager, Equipment Manager, Estimators and Project Management teams, Site Superintendents, Foremen and Accounting and Finance as part of a collaborative team-based culture.
- Oversees project controls for construction projects including overall forecasting, cost management, contingency planning, resulting in achieving profitability of the project.
- Meets regularly with the Director of Construction to discuss progress on projects and conduct monthly project cost reviews and forecasts.
- Contributes technical direction to the pre‑construction process for planning and estimating tasks, and acts as a technical resource for the project team during construction.
- Coordinates project team members for the project.
