• Design and construct biosynthetic pathways in microbial chassis.
• Perform gene cloning and genome editing.
• Express and characterize enzymes.
• Conduct molecular biology experiments (DNA manipulation, PCR, gel electrophoresis, DNA sequencing).
• Maintain and manage microbial cell cultures.
