Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch, scheduling, and allocation of field employees based on requests from Project Managers and Superintendents to support efficient project execution.
• Maintain and manage field crew call lists, coordinate pre-dispatch orientations, and in collaboration with P&C recruit union employees and labour subcontractors as required.
