- Lead end‑to‑end project execution from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Track project progress and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Identify risks and implement mitigation actions
- Prepare regular updates and reports for management review
- Review existing operational and investment processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies
