How would you like to play a part in delivering one of the region's most impressive mixed use developments?
We are seeking an experienced and focussed Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge and an exciting scheme to call their next work home!
You'd be complimenting an existing team, initially working on procurement but then managing those packages when live to include valuations, variations and supply chain payments. In addition to previous experience of working on commercial projects ideally within a Tier 1/regional contracting business, you'll need great communication skills to accompany your commercial acumen.
With previous mentoring/management experience, you'll be leading from the front to ensure delivery to budget.
