Project Scheduler

Overview

Role Purpose
Joining the Programmes team and reporting to Programme Director, the Project Scheduler will support our business, implementing and overseeing project schedules. You will be required to collaborate with Project and Programme Managers to set tasks and monitor the execution of project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project managers to define tasks, timelines and resource requirements, supporting activity estimations where required.
• Create detailed Microsoft Project schedules, including work breakdown structures (WBS) to define project tasks and dependencies.
• Create plans to support bid stages and support project re-baselining during delivery phase.
• Establish and maintain project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Regularly track project progress against the project plan and budget, updating schedules as required.
