Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily on-site operations to ensure work is completed as per design and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor site progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to engineering standards and codes
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and material records
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Interpret and implement construction drawings, blueprints, and technical plans
- Ensure the implementation of health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents
- Provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors
