General Responsibilities:

To ensure the end-to-end successful implementation of domestic transportation projects (e.g., System, cross-docking, linehaul, last mile delivery, etc.), achieving operational readiness, service quality, cost control, and continuous improvement in line with the core objectives and methodology outlined in the Implementation Structure Plan.

Detailed Responsibilities:


1. Project Initiation & Handover​

  • Manage the smooth handover from Commercial/TM to Operation, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, agreed KPIs, and project scope.

  • Lead the project kick-off meeting​ to align objectives, milestones, timelines, and team roles.

    • 2. End-to-End Implementation Planning & Execution​

  • Develop detailed implementation project plans​ covering all phases: Planning, Execution, Delivery, Go-live Readiness, and Go-live.
