Westridge Construction is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to our team. This is a full‑time position reporting to the General Superintendent. We are open to candidates with a range of experience levels, from emerging Superintendents to those capable of leading large, complex projects.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily site operations on one or multiple projects
- Lead projects based on experience and complexity
- Ensure safety standards in collaboration with safety personnel
- Coordinate site setup, scheduling, and weekly planning
- Work with Project Managers and Coordinators on execution
- Supervise crews and manage subcontractors
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and QA/QC processes
- Monitor productivity, materials, and site performance
- Support team development and promote company values
- Travel as required
