Job Description
Sales:
- Conduct inspection and audit for new and existing clients for the preparation of proposals.
- Prepare quotations for KES Cleaning and Bio-Augmentation projects for new and existing projects.
Operation:
- Coordinate with admin and warehouse departments regarding the status and release of insurance and contracts for projects.
- Coordinate with admin and warehouse departments for preparation and delivery of supplies and equipment to project locations.
- Manage project teams by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicate job expectations; monitor and appraise performance; recommend compensation actions; and adhere to policies and procedures in coordination with HR.
