• Strong interest in construction, particularly waterproofing and concrete finishing.
• Ability to read and understand basic construction plans and blueprints.
• Willingness to learn about technical specifications and industry standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Highly responsible and detail-oriented.
• Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• With or without relevant work experience (comprehensive training will be provided).
• Must be a resident of or living in Lapu-Lapu City for immediate on-site accessibility.
