Project Surveyor III

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to provide expert support on postcontract activities for a client.

The ideal candidate will be but not limited to:

• Specialized in postcontract cost consultancy services with experience on mid to largescale residential commercial and hospitality projects.

• Experienced in working collaboratively within a team of professionals delivering postcontract cost management and consultancy services.

• Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors with:

  • Measurement and valuation of works

  • Assessment and agreement of variations

  • Preparation of payment certificates and final accounts

  • Cost reporting and forecasting

• Ensure compliance with quality control requirements and internal procedures.
