Summary

This role involves assisting the property managers for the office and retail portfolio situated in WA only. Specifically focusing on raising sundry charges, assisting with arrears, creating job cost codes, tenant rental ledger reconciliations and tenant contacts. The role will sit under the Accounts Receivable team. 

Responsibilities

  • Raising sundry charges through Hydra Smart Forms when requested by the Property Managers
  • Creating job cost codes for ad hoc capex items
  • Assisting with preparing Casual Car parking license's (from template) and arranging tenant execution through DocuSign
  • Tenant rental ledgers reconciliations for office and retail assets (WA only) (AR Team, MR to f/up)
  • Maintaining tenant contacts and updating the MRI database
  • Follow up Tenants regarding outstanding certificates of currency
