**Description:**
You will be the Property Analyst Stf for the MFC EO Asset Management team. Our team is responsible for performing property control analysis activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate‑contractor property in accordance with applicable corporate policy, customer requirements, or government regulations.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Property Analyst Stf you will be responsible for managing property accountability from acquisition through disposition while ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, and related standards.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Coordinate and conduct internal and external property assessments, analyze results, and resolve regulatory compliance issues.
+ Develop Basis of Estimates during the proposal phase and provide justification to capture teams.
