Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Property Community Schemes Manager to join our client's team based in Kuils River. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned property professional with extensive experience managing Sectional Title and Homeowners' Association (HOA) portfolios. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of community schemes, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of each property. Build and maintain strong relationships with trustees, owners, residents, and service providers. Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair work, ensuring properties are well maintained. Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, levy collections, payments, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with the Sectional Titles Act, HOA constitutions, and all relevant legislation.
