Manage the following, as well as the other duties deemed necessary or as required by the Principals, to accomplish work-related deliverables:
- Technical (MEPF), safety, technical contracts, LGU permits, audit findings, daily M&E matters of the building's operations.
- Prepares manpower monthly schedule and submits the same to the Chief Engineer.
- Supervises technical works being undertaken by technicians and duly appointed contractors.
- Provides innovative ideas that would benefit the daily operation of the Building Administration Team.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of related work experience in property management.
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Building's CSA and MEPF, Safety & Health, Security Procedures, Projects and Tenant Fit-Out Management.
