They have a relaxed and flexible culture and professional offices in Bondi Junction. You will be supported by a team of conveyancers and paralegals and report to the Principal's.
About the role
- 4-6 years property law experience
- 50/50 conveyancing/leasing
- Leasing experience essential, including drafting and negotiating retail, commercial and industrial leases
- Conveyancing experience to include residential, commercial, company title, off the plan, transfers, knowledge of easements/restrictions, caveats and option agreements
