Job Summary

Meeras Infraconstruct is seeking a qualified Property Management Officer to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our rental and commercial property portfolio in Saskatoon. The successful candidate will coordinate tenant relations, lease administration, property compliance, and maintenance scheduling while ensuring all properties meet Saskatchewan regulatory standards.

Main Duties

• Administer lease agreements, tenancy applications, and renewal processes for residential and commercial units
• Coordinate and schedule property maintenance, inspections, and repair work orders with contractors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding complaints, inquiries, and service requests
