We are seeking an experienced
Property Manager / Residential Leasing Agent
to support the management of a portfolio of approximately
350 residential units.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations, tenant satisfaction, and accurate system management during a transition from
Buildium to AppFolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day residential property operations for ~350 units
Handle leasing activities including tenant onboarding, renewals, and lease administration
Maintain accurate property records in AppFolio (primary) and Buildium (transition phase)
Coordinate tenant communications, maintenance requests, and vendor follow-ups
Ensure compliance with leasing policies and property management standards
Support smooth system migration from Buildium to AppFolio
Monitor occupancy, vacancies, and leasing pipeline performance
