ABOUT THE ROLE
The Property Manager leads on-site operations and staff to deliver exceptional service, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence—ensuring every interaction reflects Hazelview’s high standards and drives key performance outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
Deliver an exceptional resident experience by ensuring a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and care in every interaction.
Promptly and effectively address resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Act as a trusted on-site resource for residents, providing information about suite features, building amenities, and community events.
Oversee and coordinate all “move-in” and “move-out” procedures, ensuring units are in pristine condition and residents experience a seamless transition.
Conduct regular building and suite inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
